Venison Stew

- 2 lbs deer stew meat shopping list
- 3 tbsp worsey sauce shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 packet of onion soup mix shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- 1-2 shakes of crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- mrs dash to taste shopping list
- 46 fl oz red gold tomato juice shopping list
- 2 14.5 cans of beef broth shopping list
- 1 lb frozen stew veggies shopping list
- 1 large onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 lb Chorizo (optional) shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Brown venison over olive oil in frying pan, do not overcook
- Combine everything into the crock, cook on high for 4-5 hours, til veggies are soft, meat is brown, and its to a desired consistency.
- Serve over cornbread
