How to make it

  • Cut all your ends and put in a large bowl.
  • Drain the juice off the jarred vegetables you can leave them the size they are or you can cut them up in smaller pieces to make it go further.
  • Add to the bowl
  • Add Italian Dressing enough to coat without being drenched in dressing It is to your taste.
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Dashes of dill seed
  • Season with pepper and
  • Mrs. Dash(optional)
  • Chill thoroughly and then serve with crackers or bisscotti bread toasted.
  • You could even add pasta but why isn't that why it is called Antipasto Salad
  • Tomatoes make it to runny so that is why I use red bell peppers. Any color is fine. More Color More Healthy
