Antipasto Salad

- I used ends of meat and cheese so quantities vary shopping list
- This is what I used shopping list
- black forest ham end shopping list
- Oven roasted turkey end shopping list
- P&P Loaf end shopping list
- Hard Salami shopping list
- Pepperoni I don't like using much but a little isn't bad shopping list
- Yellow American End shopping list
- Baby Swiss end shopping list
- You can add other cheese to. Hard cheeses are best and all you need is the ends or have the deli cut you hunks more cost effective. Don't go to strong with the cheddar's.. shopping list
- I bought the veggies in a jar in the olive section shopping list

- carrots shopping list
- celery shopping list
- Pearl onion shopping list
- sweet peppers shopping list
- olives optional shopping list
- Fresh veggies you may want to cook or steam them. You want them crunchy then chill them you do not want to use warm veggies they will melt the cheese. shopping list
- tomatoes make it to runny so that is why I use red bell peppers shopping list
- Oven roasted bell peppers you can find them in store too shopping list
- mix and match meat cheese and veggies to your taste it is really hard to botch up what you put in it just stay away from bologna shopping list
- Italian dressing of your choice just stay away from creamy dressings shopping list
- Few dashes of dill seed shopping list
- season with pepper and Mrs.dash blend shopping list
- Grated parmesan cheese to taste I just sprinkled it on there so it is up to you how much. shopping list
How to make it
- Cut all your ends and put in a large bowl.
- Drain the juice off the jarred vegetables you can leave them the size they are or you can cut them up in smaller pieces to make it go further.
- Add to the bowl
- Add Italian Dressing enough to coat without being drenched in dressing It is to your taste.
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Dashes of dill seed
- Season with pepper and
- Mrs. Dash(optional)
- Chill thoroughly and then serve with crackers or bisscotti bread toasted.
- You could even add pasta but why isn't that why it is called Antipasto Salad
- Tomatoes make it to runny so that is why I use red bell peppers. Any color is fine. More Color More Healthy
