How to make it

  • In a wide bowl, place the frozen banana slices and cut in half with a knife. Wait about 1-3 minutes, depending on the thickness of the slices. Mash each piece with a fork once; it's okay if a few chunks remain.
  • Add 2 1/2 tablespoons soy milk (or cream) and mix right away with a spoon. You're aiming for a really thick, creamy consistency similar to ice cream (you don't want it falling apart in chunks so add more liquid, a teaspoon at a time, if needed). Mix in blueberries and soybeans. Drizzle honey on top if desired.
