Stuffed Baked Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Scoop out the potato pulp and place in large bowl.
  • Add rest of ingredients (saving a little cheese for the top of potatoes). Mash altogether.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cheese and drizzle a little melted butter on each potato.
  • Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
  • Can be stuffed ahead of time, might need to baked longer!
