Shells And Cheese Recipe
New spin on mac & cheese. Easy one-pot recipe. My kids love it!!

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg Lipton Tomato Vegetable Noodle Dry Soup Mix
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni or small pasta shells, uncooked
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp margarine/butter

Directions
  1. Whisk together soup mix and water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add uncooked pasta and simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in cheese, milk and margarine.
