How to make it

  • Preheat your oven to 350
  • Soften your cream cheese, mix in the remaining ingredients until well beaten to a smooth and creamy consistancy.
  • Line muffin tins, and place your cookie base in the muffin tins.
  • scoop 1/4 cup of your cheesecake mixture into each muffin tin (I use an ice cream scoop, keeps it neat).
  • Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until cheesecakes are set and cracked on the tops.
  • Let cool on a wire rack.
  • *If you're putting the skor bits in them, I like to drizzle the tops with caramel directly before serving*
