How to make it

  • 1) Put saffron threads in a small bowl and add 2 tbsp of the hot fish stock. set aside.
  • 2) Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and fry till soft and translucent (5-8min). Add the tomatoes and paprika cook 5 min. Add the saffron with its soaking liquid and half the remaining stock, bring to the boil.
  • 3) Add the spaghetti, reduce the heat ,and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally for 5 min. Add the prawns, scallops, fish, and peas, cook until the pasta and fish are cooked through. If the mixture begins to dry out too much, add a little more stock. season to taste with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
