How to make it

  • Optional: Double the ingredients for extra sauce to spoon over the chicken when serving. The sauce is amazing.
  • Melt the butter then add all of the ingredients to the saucepan until well combined. Place chicken into large pan. Pour sauce over chicken. I prefer to let it sit overnight or a minimum of 1 hour in the fridge.
  • Place in a COLD oven. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
  • Best served over white rice.
