Honey Roasted Chicken

- 1 stick of butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion shopping list
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup of honey - mild flavor shopping list
- 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 (approx 8-10 oz) jar of peach chutney or whatever flavor you can find shopping list
- 2 cut up chickens shopping list
How to make it
- Optional: Double the ingredients for extra sauce to spoon over the chicken when serving. The sauce is amazing.
- Melt the butter then add all of the ingredients to the saucepan until well combined. Place chicken into large pan. Pour sauce over chicken. I prefer to let it sit overnight or a minimum of 1 hour in the fridge.
- Place in a COLD oven. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
- Best served over white rice.
