Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti

- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded shopping list
- 1 lb spaghetti shopping list
- 2 bell peppers shopping list
- 2 white onions shopping list
- 11/2 sticks of butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs Velveeta cheese cubed shopping list
- 1 small jar pimento - optional shopping list
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles - HOT if you can take the heat shopping list
- 4-5 cans of chicken broth shopping list
How to make it
- Cook spaghetti in the chicken broth. DO NOT DRAIN
- Saute peppers and onions in butter.
- Melt cubed Velveeta into spaghetti/broth.
- Add chicken, butter with peppers and onions, pimento and tomatoes. Mix until creamy.
- Pour into baking dish/s
- Bake at 350 degrees until bubbling.
