How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in a pan (not plenty of water)
  • Stir occasionally (every 10mins)
  • wait for the water to evaporate (35mins., rough estimate)
  • wait for the pork lard comes out
  • add oil if want (I do this if the fat isn't enough to roast the garlic)
  • stir-fry and stir-fry until the garlic has been roasted
  • scrape the sticked garlic in the pan as you continue to stir-fry
  • now, if you're happy with the garlic, remove from pan
  • serve with hot rice or fried garlic rice
