Pork Garlic Adobo

- 1/4 kg pork with fat shopping list
- 7 cloves of garlic shopping list
- water shopping list
- salt shopping list
- any kind of edible oil (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a pan (not plenty of water)
- Stir occasionally (every 10mins)
- wait for the water to evaporate (35mins., rough estimate)
- wait for the pork lard comes out
- add oil if want (I do this if the fat isn't enough to roast the garlic)
- stir-fry and stir-fry until the garlic has been roasted
- scrape the sticked garlic in the pan as you continue to stir-fry
- now, if you're happy with the garlic, remove from pan
- serve with hot rice or fried garlic rice
