How to make it

  • Combine: sugar; cinnamon; and salt in a large zip lock bag.
  • Combine: egg white; and water in a second large zip lock bag.
  • Coat pecans in zip lock bag with egg mixture.
  • Once pecans are coated, place them in the bag with the sugar mixture, coating the pecans well.
  • Place in single layer on wax paper on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 225 for 1 hour
