How to make it
- Combine: sugar; cinnamon; and salt in a large zip lock bag.
- Combine: egg white; and water in a second large zip lock bag.
- Coat pecans in zip lock bag with egg mixture.
- Once pecans are coated, place them in the bag with the sugar mixture, coating the pecans well.
- Place in single layer on wax paper on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 225 for 1 hour
