How to make it

  • 1. Put sotanghon (glass noodles) in 1 cup of water. Bring to boil. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. In a pan, sauté garlic, onion, and ginger in olive oil.
  • 3. Add organic chicken and sauté for 3 minutes.
  • 4. Add water and let it come to a boil. Turn down the fire to medium and let it simmer for 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
  • 5. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 6. Add bokchoy or sili leaves and sotanghon, then cover. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
