How to make it

  • 1. place softened butter and cream cheese in a mixing bowl. mix till well blended.
  • 2. slowly encorporate sifted icing sugar with cream cheese and butter mixture by about 5 tablespoons at a time. do this until all the icing sugar as been encorporated to the mixture.
  • * DO NOT OVER BEAT, OTHERWISE POCKETS OF AIR WILL FORM IN THE FROSTING.
  • 3. once the frosting is fully blended with the icing sugar, add your extract or zest if you have chosen to do so. blend till encorporated and either pipe or spread on cakes of your choice.
