Bread Machine Pizza Dough Recipe
A pizza crust that can hold its own to any kind of topping. No fuss bread machine method

Ingredients
  • 2 cups water or flat beer
  • 2 tbls sugar
  • 2 tbls prepred pesto sauce
  • 1 tbls salt (fine - not kosher
  • 5 cups bread flour (not whole wheat)
  • 1 tbls instant yeast
  • Olive oil
  • cornmeal

Directions
  1. Combine, water or beer, sugar, pesto sauce and salt into breadmachine container. Slowly add flour and create a well into which the yeast goes.
  2. Set the machine on the dough setting and walk away
  3. When it beeps that the cycle is complete, separate dough into two balls
  4. Wrap one ball of dough tightly and freeze
  5. Place the other half of the dough in an oiled bowl and punch down
  6. After rising thirty minutes bring ball dough up to a floured board and roll out into a rustic circle.
  7. Dust the baking pan with cornmeal and place the dough on the pan
  8. Slide into a 425 degree oven (no pan in the oven) and bake 10-15 minutes or until toppings are done
