Bread Machine Pizza Dough

- 2 cups water or flat beer shopping list
- 2 tbls sugar shopping list
- 2 tbls prepred pesto sauce shopping list
- 1 tbls salt (fine - not kosher shopping list
- 5 cups bread flour (not whole wheat) shopping list
- 1 tbls instant yeast shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- cornmeal shopping list
How to make it
- Combine, water or beer, sugar, pesto sauce and salt into breadmachine container. Slowly add flour and create a well into which the yeast goes.
- Set the machine on the dough setting and walk away
- When it beeps that the cycle is complete, separate dough into two balls
- Wrap one ball of dough tightly and freeze
- Place the other half of the dough in an oiled bowl and punch down
- After rising thirty minutes bring ball dough up to a floured board and roll out into a rustic circle.
- Dust the baking pan with cornmeal and place the dough on the pan
- Slide into a 425 degree oven (no pan in the oven) and bake 10-15 minutes or until toppings are done
