Marinated Chops

You can use Venison, Lamb, or any wild meats.
Ingredients
- 4 lamb chops (or venison or other wild meat) shopping list
- 1/4 Cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 Cup catsup shopping list
- 2 TBS cooking oil shopping list
- 2 TBS worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 3/4 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 2 cloves crushed garlic shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- Snipped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all and place in a ziplock bag and let marinate for 4 hrs. (or more) Remove chops and reserve marinade. Grill meat while basting till done. Heat marinade till boiling to serve on the side....YUM.......
