How to make it

  • 1. Cut the medium sized onion into half and slice vertically to produce strips. Then cut across the strips.
  • 2. Cut all the vegetables into bite size pieces.
  • 3. Fill cooking bowl with 2 1/2 to 3 cups of water and put in onions. Set fire to high heat and wait until water boils.
  • 4. Put in fish meat and cover until boiling again. See Photo
  • 5. Lower fire to medium heat. Put in entire contents of the Knorr Mix. See Photo
  • 6. Put in fish sauce and mix. Season with salt as needed. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  • 7. Put in vegetables. Cover the bowl and lower fire to low heat. Let cook for another 5-10 minutes.
