Chicken Tinola With Bokchoy And Misua

- 1 whole organic chicken, cut in chunks shopping list shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon garlic, crushed shopping list
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced shopping list
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 cups water shopping list
- 2 medium sized sayote or young papayas shopping list
- 1 bundle wild flowering pechay, or sili leaves shopping list
- misua shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In a pan, sauté garlic, onion, and ginger in olive oil.
- 2. Add organic chicken and sauté for 3 minutes.
- 3. Add water and let it come to a boil. Turn down the fire to medium and let it simmer for 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
- 4. Add in the sayote or young papayas. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- 5. Put in fish sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- 6. Add bokchoy or sili leaves and misua, then cover. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
