How to make it

  • saute garlic until golden brown (set aside)
  • saute onions and ginger and chicken.
  • add your rice.
  • add salt and pepper
  • add water (stir and stir)
  • about every 5 mins you'll need to add water so it won't burnt and get so sticky
  • cook rice in a low-fire
  • now, it's optional if you want it to be sticky or not by adding water till it's cooked.
  • serve it with hard-boiled egg and half-burnt minced garlics on top
  • (better with chili oil or chili paste)
