How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Make a patty with 2/3 cup of the meat mixture, and smush it down to bun size.
  • Cook in frying pan on medium heat, but don't press on the meat too much... you want to make sure it's done, without pressing all the juices out.
  • Serve it plain on a bun, or if it's slightly too dry for you, use A-1 sauce as a condiment.
