How to make it

  • Cut up Onion and Garlic and cook on the hob, in a saucepan with a splash of Olive Oil until the Onion is soft.
  • Finely cut up Cabbage preferably using a blender.
  • Add the Cabbage, Mixed Herbs and a little Salt and Pepper into the saucepan turning frequently for 5 minutes.
  • Add 1 litre of Stock and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stand for 5 minutes and then blend until the prefered consistency.
  • Now it's ready to serve!
