These are tiny pieces of bread with a cheesey meaty mixture on them! Great!!!!

Ingredients
  • 1 small tube (1 lb) of ground beef
  • 1 small tube (1 lb) of jimmy Dean HOT sausage
  • 1 small box of velveta MEXICAN cheese (I think its about 1lb size)
  • 1 loaf of pumpernickle cocktail bread (found near deli)

Directions
  1. Cook Sausage and Beef thuroughly over medium heat
  2. Chunk velveta cheese
  3. add to meat mixture
  4. heat till melted and mixed thuroughly
  5. place one scoop on each piece of bread
  6. Serve!
  7. another serving option is placing the meat mixture in a bowl and allowing people to scoop on the bread themselves!
