Ingredients
  • 6 ounces soft tub light cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 2 cups strawberries -- sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions
  1. In mixer bowl beat softened light cream cheese until light.
  2. Add powdered sugar and extract. Beat until smooth. Carefully fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Spoon into 4 dessert dishes and let chill for 2 hours.
  4. Meanwhile, slice strawberries and stir in granulated sugar. Top ach
  5. dessert with some of the strawberries.
