Ingredients
  • Mix:
  • 1 cup Crisco (Amish version uses 1/2 cup margarine & 1/2 cup crisco)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • Sift and then add to crisco mix:
  • 2 teaspoons cream of tarter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. Roll walnut size balls into mixture of 1 tablespoons of sugar & 1 teaspoon cinnammon
  2. Bake 8-10 minutes @ 375 degrees.
