New England Leftover Turkey Pie

- Crust - shopping list
- 1 1/4 c stuffing shopping list
- 1/4 c melted butter shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1/2 c milk shopping list
- 1 10.5 oz cain can celery soup mix shopping list
- 1.5 c leftover cooked turkey cut in chunks shopping list
- 3/4 c frozen green peas shopping list
- 2 tblsps minced onion shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp coarse ground pepper shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 3/4 c stuffing mix shopping list
- 1/4 c melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a small bowl, mix together stuffing and butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie pan covering sides and bottom. Using a saucepan, heat milk over low and gradually stir in soup until mixture is smooth. Add the turkey , peas, onion, salt and pepper. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine 3/4 cup stuffing with butter. Spoon filling into stuffing crust and sprinkle stuffing mix around top edges. Bake for about 15 minutes or until filling is bubbly. serves 4-6
