How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, mix together stuffing and butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie pan covering sides and bottom. Using a saucepan, heat milk over low and gradually stir in soup until mixture is smooth. Add the turkey , peas, onion, salt and pepper. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine 3/4 cup stuffing with butter. Spoon filling into stuffing crust and sprinkle stuffing mix around top edges. Bake for about 15 minutes or until filling is bubbly. serves 4-6
