How to make it

  • Boil cauliflower in water with 1 tsp salt for 2 minutes. Drain water and dry cauliflower in paper towels.
  • Mix all purpose flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, color, salt with water to form a batter.
  • Dip cauliflower in the batter and deep fry for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a pan with 3 tsp oil. Add onion and fry till golden, add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  • Add garlic slices, green chilli, green pepper, pepper powder, sugar and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato sauce, lower the heat and fry for a minute.
  • Add dark soya sauce and fry fora minute. Add salt if needed.
  • Add coriander and mix well, finally add fried cauliflower and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
