- 1 small cauliflower(cut into medium size pieces) shopping list
- 2 cups all purpose flour(maida) shopping list
- 1 cup corn flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1-2 pinch edible color(orange red) shopping list
- 11/2 cup water shopping list
- 1 white onion(finely chopped) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste shopping list
- 4 green chillies(slit) shopping list
- 1/2 green pepper(sliced) shopping list
- 5-6 cloves garlic(cut into thin slices) shopping list
- 1-2 pinch sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder shopping list
- 1 tsp dark soya sauce shopping list
- 3 tsp tomato sauce shopping list
- coriander leaves(finely chopped) shopping list
- oil for deep frying shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Boil cauliflower in water with 1 tsp salt for 2 minutes. Drain water and dry cauliflower in paper towels.
- Mix all purpose flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, color, salt with water to form a batter.
- Dip cauliflower in the batter and deep fry for 10 minutes.
- Heat a pan with 3 tsp oil. Add onion and fry till golden, add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
- Add garlic slices, green chilli, green pepper, pepper powder, sugar and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce, lower the heat and fry for a minute.
- Add dark soya sauce and fry fora minute. Add salt if needed.
- Add coriander and mix well, finally add fried cauliflower and mix well.
- Serve hot.
