How to make it

  • Microwave corn with pinch of salt and 3 tsp water for a minute. Drain the water.
  • Mix chilli paste, date syrup, tamarind paste, mint chutney and sugar well and keep aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl add puffed rice, onion, tomato,carrot, coriander, corn, salt, sev and the above paste mixture and mix well.
  • Serve immediately.
