Corn Bhel

- 21/2 cups puffed rice shopping list
- 1/2 cup sev shopping list
- 1/2 cup frozen sweet corn shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion(finely copped) shopping list
- 1/2 cup tomato(chopped) shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated carrot shopping list
- 1/4 cup coriander(finely chopped) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp chilli paste shopping list
- 1 tsp date syrup shopping list
- 1/4 tsp tamarind paste shopping list
- 1/2 tsp mint chutney shopping list
- 1/2 tsp natural cane sugar shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Microwave corn with pinch of salt and 3 tsp water for a minute. Drain the water.
- Mix chilli paste, date syrup, tamarind paste, mint chutney and sugar well and keep aside.
- In a large mixing bowl add puffed rice, onion, tomato,carrot, coriander, corn, salt, sev and the above paste mixture and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
