How to make it

  • Heat oil in frying pan.
  • Add onions, cook for a few minutes, then add garlic, cook for one minute, then add curry, paprika & cumin. Cook for about a minute.
  • Add water (as much as you want -- I put about 1/4 cup) and salt, and bring to boil; simmer until slightly thickened, then add tomato, apple and sugar. Simmer until desired thickness is reached, then stir in tahini if you have it.
