How to make it

  • Season chicken with s & p, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Saute chicken in a little EVOO until brown and almost cooked through. Set aside. In same pan, saute onions until translucent. Add jar of drained peppers, chicken stock and vinegar. Bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer. Add chicken and continue to cook until chicken is cooked through. Serve with rice, noodles, or potatoes.
