How to make it

  • Add onion, spinach, salt in a bowl and mix well. Leave it for 2 minutes.
  • In another bowl mix chickpea flour, rice flour,ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder,cumin powder, kasuri methi, sesame seeds, garam masala, baking soda, salt, 1 tsp heated oil.
  • Transfer all these to spinach bowl and mix well all ingredients with 2 or 3 tsp water.
  • Heat oil in a deep fry pan and fry these pakodas in a medium heat till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
