- 4 cups spinach leaves(coarsely cut) shopping list
- 1 small onion( thinly sliced) shopping list
- 7-8 tsp chickpea flour shopping list
- 1 tsp rice flour shopping list
- 5-6 curry leaves(chopped) shopping list
- 1 tsp ginger-galic paste shopping list
- 1/2 tsp kasuri methi shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder shopping list
- 1 tsp red chilli powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp garam masala shopping list
- 2 pinch baking soda shopping list
- oil to deep fry shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Add onion, spinach, salt in a bowl and mix well. Leave it for 2 minutes.
- In another bowl mix chickpea flour, rice flour,ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder,cumin powder, kasuri methi, sesame seeds, garam masala, baking soda, salt, 1 tsp heated oil.
- Transfer all these to spinach bowl and mix well all ingredients with 2 or 3 tsp water.
- Heat oil in a deep fry pan and fry these pakodas in a medium heat till golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
