How to make it

  • Place chicken pieces in a 9"x13" baking dish.
  • Top with onions, tomatoes, peppers, and olives.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
  • Add flour, spices, and cheese.
  • Stir until well blended.
  • Stir in chicken broth until blended.
  • Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables.
  • Cover pan with foil and bake in 350*F. oven for 1 1/2-hours.

  • Pour in sauce.
  • Cover and cook on LOW 4 to 5 hours.
  • Serve over cooked rice...
