How to make it

  • Saute chicken, garlic and onion in oil. Add beans, chicken broth, chilies, and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and whipping cream. Leave lid on while simmering so you won't lose the liquid. If doubling recipe -- do not double the cumin or the cayenne pepper!
