- 3 lbs lean ground beef shopping list
- 2 tbsp beef base shopping list
- 1 lb kidney beans shopping list
- 1 can roasted tomato shopping list
- 1 can tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 can tomato paste shopping list
- 1 green pepper chopped fine shopping list
- 1 lg onion chopped fine shopping list
- 2 stalks celery chopped fine shopping list
- 3 gloves of garlic chopped fine shopping list
- 4 Tbsp pasilla chili powder shopping list
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 3 tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 1/2 tsp bay leaf powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp thyme shopping list
- 1/2 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp basil shopping list
- 1/8 cup worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 3 Tbsp chopped crushed Gonsalves peppers shopping list
- 4 Tbsp oil shopping list
- 3 quarts of water shopping list
How to make it
- In a large pot add oil to sauté garlic, celery green peppers, and onions; add beans and water and seasonings, when done set aside to add to meat..While beans are cooking sauté’ ground beef, strain grease and discard and then add roasted tomato, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and worcestershire sauce to meat…cover and simmer 1 hr while beans are cooking, then combine when bean are finishes, cook for 15 min low heat… Pot of white rice and done…
