How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Line 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners
  • Mix together all the dry ingredients
  • Blend together all the wet ingredients
  • Combine both mixtures till well blended
  • Batter will be thick
  • Divide batter into muffin tins ( at least 2/3rds full )- I use an ice cream scoop to do this
  • Bake until golden and tested done, about 20 minutes or so
  • Remove from muffin tins
  • Let cool on rack
  • May be frozen
