Saffron Mango Lassi

- 500 ml KESAR mango pulp (found at all indian stores) shopping list
- *in punjabi and hindi, kesar means saffron shopping list
- 1L 2% yogurt shopping list
- 1 cup sugar (or whatever amount you prefer yourself) shopping list
- water shopping list
- ground pistachios (grind to a nice powder for easy drinking) shopping list
How to make it
- in a blender add mango pulp, yogurt, and sugar. Put a little bit of water to thin out, I would suggest about 1/3rd of a cup and blend for atleast 5 minutes to dissolve sugar and add air.
- Serve in your fanciest glass, and top with pistachios!!
- SOOO GOOOD!
