How to make it

  • Slice onions, chilli, and garlic, into cooking dish
  • Add drained can of tuna and beans
  • Cover with sufficient sauce to mix in and add tabasco sauce or chilli powder and pepper
  • Mix thoroughly
  • Cover and cook in preheated oven for 30-40 mins at 180-200C
  • Serve with rice, pasta or a side salad, alternatively as a filling for a baked potato, pitta or taco
  • This is per person, pro rata for more people
