How to make it

  • *boil lungs and heart until tender. . . . . . .
  • *after that, chop them into small cubes (You may also grind these)
  • *saute garlic, until golden brown
  • *add onions
  • *add the heart and lungs, stir and stir up with a ladle
  • *add bay leaves, salt, fish sauce and MSG (depending on your taste)
  • *pour-in the vinegar, don't mix and cover it for about 7 minutes in a low fire.
  • *mix, mix, mix. taste.
  • *SERVE and Enjoy!

    Yo Johnny, you do know that pork lung (any lung) is going to be just a bit hard to get most places. This sounds interesting so the next time I send the lads up the mountain to bag a pig I'll have them save the lungs & heart. Interesting post. RJ
