How to make it

  • In the cooker pot, place the macaroni, chicken broth, cream, salt and pepper
  • Pressure cooker 10 minutes ( or as your machine suggests for whole wheat pasta) and let pressure release naturally
  • Open cover and stir in the butter, half and half, cheeses and mustard powder until blended and creamy
  • Mixture will thicken as it cools
