How to make it

  • Start heating a fry pan on medium.
  • While the pan is heating mix the tuna, salsa and cheese in a bowl. You can use slices of cheese instead of grated if you want.
  • Butter the bread on one side.
  • Place two bread slices, butter side down in the pan.
  • Scoop half the tuna mix on each slice and spread it evenly.
  • Place the other slices of bread on top.
  • Carefully flip the sandwiches when the bread on the bottom is golden brown.
  • Cook until the other slice is brown and then transfer to a plate.
  • I like to let it set for a minute before cutting it in half so the cheese isn't too gooey. Happy eating!
