How to make it

  • Put large pot of water on to boil
  • In fry pan, pour 3/4 cup water and bring to simmer
  • Add sausage and cook on both sides are browned through
  • Remove water from pan and add a little oil
  • Cook over medium heat to brown all sides
  • Set aside
  • In large fry pan over med heat, add olive oil, peppers, onions, salt and pepper
  • Saute until tender crisp
  • Lower heat to low
  • Add garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes and salt
  • Stir to combine
  • Slice sausage to your liking
  • Add to pepper mixture
  • Cook ravioli according to package directions
  • Add to sausage mixture
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving

    I almost never heard of sauces other than olive oil until I joined this site. In Portugal Olive oil is used to almost everything. Maybe that is a no no too :) But anyway and my point is... love this recipe, simple, easy and delicious I am sure.
