Sausage And Ravioli In Garlic And Olive Oil

- Frozen ravioli, 5 per person shopping list
- 1 onion, sliced shopping list
- 1 pepper, sliced shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 italian sausage shopping list
- olive oil to fry shopping list
- parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- olive oil and garlic sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbls. garlic, chopped shopping list
- Pinch red pepper flakes shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Put large pot of water on to boil
- In fry pan, pour 3/4 cup water and bring to simmer
- Add sausage and cook on both sides are browned through
- Remove water from pan and add a little oil
- Cook over medium heat to brown all sides
- Set aside
- In large fry pan over med heat, add olive oil, peppers, onions, salt and pepper
- Saute until tender crisp
- Lower heat to low
- Add garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes and salt
- Stir to combine
- Slice sausage to your liking
- Add to pepper mixture
- Cook ravioli according to package directions
- Add to sausage mixture
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving
