15 Minute Fish Fillet

- 2 tablespoons calamansi juice (about 8 pieces medium-size calamansi) shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce (patis) shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 2 (about 200 grams each) pieces cream dory fillets shopping list
- 1 small onion, sliced thinly shopping list
- 2 tomatoes, sliced shopping list
- 1 finger chili (siling pansigang) shopping list
- 1 eggplant, quarted and cut into 1/4-inch slices shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Chop all vegetables needed.
- 2. Prepare calamansi juice, fish sauce, water, finger chili in a bowl. Set aside mixture.
- 3. Slice fish fillet in strips that would fit your microwave-safe bowl.
- 4. Prepare foil or cling wrap on your microwave-safe bowl.
- 5. Place fish on a bed of eggplants, chili, half of the onions, and tomatoes.
- 6. Pour in mixture on your fish on the foil. Seal foil or cling wrap.
- 7. Microwave for 10 minutes on high. Serve with freshly cooked rice.
