How to make it

  • 1. Chop all vegetables needed.
  • 2. Prepare calamansi juice, fish sauce, water, finger chili in a bowl. Set aside mixture.
  • 3. Slice fish fillet in strips that would fit your microwave-safe bowl.
  • 4. Prepare foil or cling wrap on your microwave-safe bowl.
  • 5. Place fish on a bed of eggplants, chili, half of the onions, and tomatoes.
  • 6. Pour in mixture on your fish on the foil. Seal foil or cling wrap.
  • 7. Microwave for 10 minutes on high. Serve with freshly cooked rice.
