Knock Your Socks Off Pink Pickled Onions

- 2 red onions dark as you can get them, sliced about 1/4 inch thick shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 1/2-2 cups of white vinegar shopping list
- spices, i use 1 tsp pepper corns, a bay leaf, you can use a garlic clove or clove spice, dill its up to you shopping list
How to make it
- bring all ingredients to a full boil for 1 minute
- pack into hot clean canning jars and store in the fridge for up to 4 months or water bath can for 10-20 min depending on your altitude, please check online....enjoy!
