Bud Light Chelada Enchiladas

- Sauce: shopping list
- 1 vidalia onion, Chopped shopping list
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced shopping list
- 3 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 12 oz tomato sauce shopping list
- 12 oz Bud Light Clamato Chelada shopping list
- 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbsp chili powder shopping list
- 1 tsp cumin shopping list
- 1 lb ground meat-Could use beef, chopped chicken or turkey shopping list
- 1/2 onion chopped shopping list
- Grated Cheese- Monterey Jack or Sharp Cheddar shopping list
- corn tortillas shopping list
- oil shopping list
How to make it
- Brown and drain meat. Soften tortillas in skillet with the oil one at a time. In casserole dish, put small amount of sauce on bottom. Place meat, cheese, and onions in tortilla and roll. Place in casserole dish- hold in place with toothpicks. Put more sauce on top. Cover with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
