Sriracha Spiced Grilled Teriyaki Wings

- 16 Skinless Wings shopping list
- Marinade: shopping list
- 1 Stella Artois beer shopping list
- ¼ Cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 3 cloves Chopped garlic shopping list
- Teriyaki Sauce: shopping list
- 1 Cup light brown sugar shopping list
- 1 Cup light soy sauce shopping list
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons cornstarch shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Cold water shopping list
- Sriracha to Taste shopping list
- Garnish: shopping list
- celery chips shopping list
- white sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- In the whisked marinade place thawed wings for 3 hours. Whisk all sauce ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a simmer/adding the cold water and cornstarch last. Add Sriracha to taste in teaspoon quantities.
- With grill at 350 degrees, grill wings on both sides until golden brown (typically 5 minutes on both sides). They are done when the internal temperature is at 160 degrees. Toss wings in sauce covering thoroughly.
- Garnish with celery sliced thin and diagonally. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Then open a cold Stella.
