How to make it

  • In the whisked marinade place thawed wings for 3 hours. Whisk all sauce ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a simmer/adding the cold water and cornstarch last. Add Sriracha to taste in teaspoon quantities.
  • With grill at 350 degrees, grill wings on both sides until golden brown (typically 5 minutes on both sides). They are done when the internal temperature is at 160 degrees. Toss wings in sauce covering thoroughly.
  • Garnish with celery sliced thin and diagonally. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Then open a cold Stella.
