How to make it

  • 1. In a bowl, mix together the cornstarch, teriyaki sauce, and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Mix well.
  • 2. Stir in the beef and marinate in the refrigerator for 45-60 minutes.
  • 3. Chop baby corns in 1-2 inches long pieces. Set aside.
  • 4. Chop carrots in small cubes. Set aside.
  • 5. Chop green beans in 1-2 inches long pieces. Set aside.
  • 6. Add 1 teaspoon of salt in a pan of water. Put in corns, carrots and green beans and boil for 5-7 minutes. See Photo
  • 7. Transfer vegetables in another pan. Stir-fry carrots, green beans, and baby corn in the remaining olive oil for about 3 minutes. Remove from the pan.
  • 8. Stir-fry marinated beef until medium done See Photo. Stir in the vegetables and cook until the beef is done.
  • 9. Set the stir-friend vegetables and beef on top of steamed rice if desired.
