How to make it

  • FILLING
  • Brown 1 lb Kirkwood Ground Turkey (Aldi Grocery Store) into fine particles and salt and pepper to taste
  • Shred meat off a pre-cooked thigh and chicken leg (about 6 oz) and add to turkey burger
  • Add 2 T French's Worchestershire Sauce into the meat and stir
  • Add a 15 oz can Tendersweet Mixed Vegetables (corn, peas, lima beans, diced carrots and potatoes) and chopped onion and blend into meat mixture
  • Season again, to taste
  • Spread in buttered deep-dish pie or round casserole dish
  • TOPPING
  • Stir cold left-over Mashed Potatoes to break up
  • Add 8 oz Breakstone's All Natural Sour Cream and 4 oz softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese, blend
  • Spread over meat mixture and sprinkle Paprika to your liking
  • Bake at 350°F until potatoes are heated through and slightly browned on top (about 30 minutes but check on the browning)
