How to make it

  • fry the onions pepper flakes and garlic in oil for a few mins.
  • put in the tomatoes,thyme salt and pepper.
  • bring to boil, cover, turn heat down and simmer for about 5 mins.
  • stir in parsley.apple juice, 1 tsp. lemon juice and the fish.
  • cover and simmer for about 6- 7 mins.
