How to make it

  • batter:
  • 1. preheat oven to 300 and grease 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper, butter or oil
  • 2. mix almond flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl
  • 3. add honey, vanilla, eggs to flour and whisk until smooth
  • 4. pour batter into the loaf pan and bake until knife comes clean,
  • around 40 minutes
  • glaze:
  • 1. melt butter, then mix remaining ingredients together
  • assembly:
  • 1. drizzle glaze over the top of the pound cake while warm
  • 2. eat!
