How to make it

  • Boil corn in rapidly boiling water for one, two or three minutes.
  • Combine the corn and scallion shafts with the buttermilk.
  • Add lime juice,salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill for several hours.
  • Serve...garnished with dill sprigs.
  • ~ Don't be afraid to Boogie...but,don't forget to Dodge ~
