- 1 1/3 Cups fresh corn...cooked and cut off cobs shopping list
- 1 Quart buttermilk shopping list
- juice of one half lime shopping list
- 1/3 Cup Scalliions...cut into One Inche Shafts shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- A few Sprigs of Fresh dill shopping list
How to make it
- Boil corn in rapidly boiling water for one, two or three minutes.
- Combine the corn and scallion shafts with the buttermilk.
- Add lime juice,salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for several hours.
- Serve...garnished with dill sprigs.
