How to make it

  • Halve avocados and remove pit, oil surface with a light coating of olive oil
  • Place face down over hot grill for about 5 minutes, or untill fruit has nice grill marks. watch closely not to burn.
  • When cooled remove meat from fruit and mash with pureed garlic, lime, chili powder, and black pepper.
  • Use avocado skins for serving bowls.
