Ingredients

How to make it

  • Using the rolling pin, extend the pastry on a clean and floured kitchen table. Make a 0.5cm thick layer.
  • * Remember we need to cover it, so we need another layer of puff pastry, smaller than the first one.
  • Grease pan with butter, bottom and edges. Place puff pastry layer covering the entire pan and a little more (can be a pie pan or a medium quiche plate)
  • Grate the Gouda cheese and the Manchego cheese. Now, let's chop the ham and pineapple and mix with grated cheese. When mixed add the dried basil and oregano.
  • We will put the mixture into the pastry and cover with small layer.
  • You have to moisten the edges of the small layer, you can use a small kitchen brush or your fingers.
  • The edges of the lower layer should cover the upper layer.
  • Using a wet and sharp knife, make 3 diagonal cuts, or make some holes on the surface using a fork. This allows steam to escape and not tear the dough. Now add the grated parmesan cheese over the entire surface and baked. Until golden, like 30-35 minutes.
